Brian has experience in investor and corporate immigration law and assists MSA with various immigration and non-immigration matters such as EB-5, E-2, O-1, L, H and G (Diplomatic) visas, EB-1, PERM,securities law and corporate law matters. His experience includes advising high-net worth individuals and multinational corporate companies such as large financial institutions, fashion designers, advertising agencies, pharmaceutical companies, transportation companies, and law firms on immigrant and nonimmigrant matters. Further, Brian has experience handling issues arising from immigration such as contractual disputes (for investor clients) and criminal matters (for inadmissibility cases).

 

Brian’s experience also includes researching and advising on International Business Transactions and regulatory matters relating to Committee on Foreign Investments in the United States (CFIUS) review and Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) interpretation. He has also handled private immigration matters via numerous pro-bono projects including advising DACA grantees and handling asylum cases and Special Immigrant Juvenile Status (SIJS) casesfor minors.

 

Brian is admitted to practice law in New Jersey and New York. He is a graduate of Hofstra Law School,where he competed as an oralist at the 12th annual Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot in Hong Kong, and was selected as an editor for Hofstra’s Labor & Employment Law Journal for volumes 32 & 33. Brian earned his Bachelor’s degree from John Jay College where he was an Honors Student, majoring in Philosophy and minoring in Economics and Foreign Studies.

 

Brian is a member of the Nigerian Lawyers Association (NLA), and Metropolitan Black Bar Association (MBBA). He speaks English and is learning Yoruba.
