False Reports – Scaremongering Over Travel Ban
Please be aware of false reports! There has been a spate of false reports that nationals of other countries, e.g. India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, are also banned from travel or finding it difficult to travel. Please ignore! The Executive Order is against the seven countries listed: Iraq, Syria, Iran, Libya, Somalia, Sudan, and Yemen.
Most people in the US oppose Trump’s ban (including high profile companies, leading lawyers, politicians, actors, Christian groups such as the US Conference of Catholic Bishops and 900 State Department diplomats among a few). The pressure generated is expected to curtail any further Executive Orders.
