Jonathan has 30 years of experience in client relations through multiple business channels. With his extensive customer service background, Jonathan ensures that all MSA client requirements are handled in a timely and efficient manner. Jonathan is the first point of contact for many MSA clients via phone and e-mail and brings a high degree of professionalism in all matters for the firm.
Jonathan studied Broadcast Journalism at Ithaca College, Ithaca NY and holds an Advanced Certificate in Wine Education from The Wine & Spirit Education Trust, WSET London, UK.
