Leslie A. Martinez is an experienced paralegal at MSA Global.
Leslie assists the attorneys with EB-5 petitions. In addition, Leslie is proficient in handling all country consular processing and residency applications/petitions. These include removals of conditions, naturalizations, green card renewals, adjustments of status, petitions for alien relatives, employment authorizations, advanced parole authorizations, provisional unlawful presence waivers, waivers of grounds of inadmissibility, country conditions reports, initial and renewal DACA applications, and temporary protected status documentation.
Prior to working with MSA Global, Leslie attained four-plus years of legal experience in personal injury, divorce as well as immigration law.
Leslie is a 2020 St. John’s University graduate who earned a Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies (with a minor in Government and Politics), while also being certified by the St. John’s University American Bar Association for the Paralegal Education Program.
Her father, born in the Dominican Republic and now a U.S. citizen, was an attorney in his home country and heavily influenced Leslie’s passion for law. More importantly, her family and community instilled values of humility and justice that paved the way to finding her career in immigration law. Leslie’s overall dedication to the profession and the concomitant moral obligations has driven her to provide the best results for clients and their families.
