Make EB-5 Program Permanent – Congressman Jared Polis’ Bill

Representatives Jared Polis (CO-02) and Mark Amodei (NV-02) today introduced “The American Entrepreneurship and Investment Act of 2015”. The Bill proposed to amend the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA) to reform the EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program, including to make the Pilot (Regional Center) Program permanent and shorten the processing time.
