EB-5 Panel: “EB-5 Lending to Foreign Buyers – It Can be Done!”
November 6, 2014, at New York City’s premier real estate exposition– the 6th Annual NYC Real Estate Expo, EB- 5 featured prominently. EB-5 has high visibility in New York City, shown by the popularity of the panel. More than 3,500 professionals representing all facets of the New York metropolitan region and across the country in commercial and residential real estate industry attended this event.
For the second year in a row, Mona Shah, Esq., spoke on the topic, this time as part of a panel of 5. Other members of the panel included: Joseph Yi, Esq.
