Danish Syed

Danish is a Paralegal at Mona Shah & Associates Global, supporting EB-5 investor petitions and project work alongside the firm’s broader business immigration practice.

She brings more than six years of paralegal experience across civil and immigration law, with a strong background in employment-based nonimmigrant and immigrant petitions, including H-1B, L-1, E-1/E-2, O-1, TN, F-1, PERM, I-140, and I-485 filings. Her prior work handling Requests for Evidence, AC-21 portability requests, and adjustment of status matters translates directly to the analytical demands of EB-5 source-of-funds and petition preparation.

Danish holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Baruch College, City University of New York. Earlier in her career, she interned with the office of then-Public Advocate Letitia James and at Kings County Family Court and Supreme Court.

She is fluent in English, Urdu, Punjabi, and Hindi, with conversational French and Spanish.
