Pamela is the Account Operations Coordinator at Mona Shah & Associates Global, where she supports the firm’s accounting function and EB-5 administrative operations.

She brings over five years of dedicated experience and more than two decades of broader business operations and client service experience across financial services, retail, and insurance.

Pamela’s previous experience includes serving as Human Resources Coordinator at a large 300 employee company, where she delivered comprehensive HR support to senior leadership and staff, oversaw I-9 and E-Verify compliance, led employee onboarding and bi-weekly payroll processing via Paylocity and ADP, managed workers’ compensation claims and employee relations matters, and developed job descriptions and salary structures. This experience translates directly to her current role supporting EB-5 administrative matters and HR operations at MSA.

Earlier in her career, Pamela served as a Benefits Advisor at AFLAC, partnering with business owners and HR teams to deliver voluntary insurance solutions and conduct benefit enrollments. She also spent nearly a decade as a Member Services Representative at BJ’s Wholesale Club, where she was recognized as a regional top performer in membership sales, and began her career at Citi as an Administrative Assistant supporting Building Planning and Continuity of Business operations.

Pamela holds a Master of Science in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Touro College and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Women and Gender Studies from Hunter College, City University of New York.
