Eric A. Lerner is a Senior Attorney with a focus on corporate EB5 law.

Before working at Mona Shah & Partners, he was in-house counsel at a $50 million EB5-financed project, where he specialized in administrative law, including successfully challenging governmental administrative decisions and determinations, and in corporate law, where he shepherded the project through the legal machinations of an EB5 program-financed company. Additionally, Eric has extensive experience in contractual, transactional, and litigation work and has been instrumental in developing winning litigation analysis and strategies for clients large and small alike.

Eric is admitted to practice law in the State of New York with a Juris Doctor from the George Washington Law School.
