Joanna Lee
is a Senior Attorney with extensive experience in business immigration law, advising corporate clients, entrepreneurs, and investors across a wide range of industries.

She oversees and manages complex immigration matters with a focus on strategic planning and compliance in today’s evolving legal landscape. Her practice encompasses a broad spectrum of nonimmigrant and immigrant visa categories, including E-2 treaty investor visas, L-1 intracompany transferee petitions, and O-1 visas for individuals with extraordinary ability. She is known for her deep knowledge of these categories and her ability to develop tailored solutions that align with her clients’ business objectives.

Additionally, Joanna concentrates her practice on the EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program. She represents multimillion-dollar EB-5 projects before USCIS, offering end-to-end guidance on project structuring, compliance, and adjudication strategies. She also maintains a robust practice advising individual EB-5 investors, with particular emphasis on preparing I-526/E petitions and documenting lawful sources of funds.
