
Jonathan brings over 30 years of experience in client relations across multiple business channels to his role as Investor Relations and Operations Manager at Mona Shah & Associates Global.
With his extensive customer service background, Jonathan ensures that all MSA client requirements are handled in a timely and efficient manner. Jonathan is the first point of contact for many MSA clients via phone and email, and brings a high degree of professionalism in all matters for the firm.
Since joining MSP in 2022, Jonathan has acted as chief of staff to the firm’s owner and managing partner, overseeing the daily flow of business meetings and the firm’s overall operations. He has built more than three years of experience handling difficult administrative matters in EB-5, including introductions between investors and project developers, scheduling consultations to assess project viability, and coordinating site visits to current EB-5 projects. Jonathan also oversees banking responsibilities tied to investor projects and firm payments, maintains the firm’s policies and procedures (including the employee handbook), and manages general office operations and HR policy implementation.
Before joining the firm, Jonathan spent two decades in operations and leadership across New York’s wine and spirits sector. As General Manager of McCabe’s Wine & Spirits from 2010 to 2022, he led a team of twelve professionals across customer experience, payroll, budgeting, human resources, purchasing, and quality assurance, building long-standing relationships with corporate and retail clients. Earlier, as General Manager and Wine Director of Manhattan Wine Exchange from 2007 to 2010, he boosted sales performance by 50% within his first year through private tastings, classes, and co-promotions with local businesses. Jonathan also worked as the Wine Director at Eli Zabar’s W.I.N.E. & TASTE from its inception in 2002 to 2007.
Jonathan studied Broadcast Journalism at Ithaca College in Ithaca, New York, and holds an Advanced Certificate in Wine Education from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust (WSET) in London, UK.
