Nafisa is a Paralegal at Mona Shah & Partners Global, focusing on consular work, EB-5 source-of-funds matters, and non-immigrant visas.

Although based in the United Kingdom as part of the firm’s UK branch, she works primarily on U.S. immigration matters, assisting the partners and attorneys with EB-5 petitions and a wide range of immigration applications. Nafisa collaborates closely with her supervising attorney to ensure clients receive comprehensive and efficient guidance throughout the process.

Prior to joining the firm, Nafisa gained experience in legal administration and customer service, sharpening her organisational skills and her ability to manage complex caseloads.

Nafisa graduated from Newcastle University with a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) with Honours, awarded with a 2:1. She aspires to qualify as a solicitor and is committed to building a career that combines technical expertise with client-focused advocacy.
