Those entering the U.S. with an I-512 Advance Parole should also exercise caution, as some ports of entry have been reported to disregard these documents due to concerns over prior unlawful presence.
Moreover, the United for Ukraine program has recently been put on hold, and the processing of final decisions has been suspended, adding to the complexities facing travelers from affected regions.
