MSA Celebrates 20 years by going global!
Mona Shah & Associates (MSA) is celebrating its 20th anniversary this September! The Firm has experienced wonderful growth, thanks in part to efforts of its principal Mona Shah, and our dedicated team of Attorneys and Staff. Most importantly, MSA could not have grown without the support of everyone in the MSA community. Over the years, the Firm has helped numerous clients with specialist business petitions to complicated, multi-issue deportation and removal litigation. Mona Shah & Associates (MSA) has litigated in over 9 states and the District of Columbia, and handled complex immigration law appeals before the United States Circuit Courts of Appeal for the Second, Third, Fifth, and Eleventh circuits and has wide-ranging litigation experience, including Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) and trial-court experience on both the trial and appellate levels. Additionally, MSA was the first law firm in the EB-5 market in New York City and has provided expertise on projects and SEC compliance.
