As an advanced EB-5 practitioner, Rebecca has worked with numerous project developers, analyzing and crafting entrepreneur, direct-pooled, and regional center projects from I-526 to I-829 petitions. She is well versed in USCIS compliance, offering advice on policy and integrity measures. Rebecca regularly receives co-counseling requests to assist regional centers, projects, and investors in responding to complicated Requests for Evidence (RFEs) and Notices of Intent to Deny (NOIDs). With 10+ years of experience in the field, Rebecca is highly proficient at investor petitions, counseling investor clients through all stages of the EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program. Rebecca and her team have successfully filed thousands of complex source of funds issues from clients worldwide. She is experienced in consular affairs and adjustment of status cases. Prior to joining NuRide, Rob was a successful attorney, entrepreneur and real estate professional. Importantly, since 2015, Rob has served as the President and Chairman of the National Realty Club, the oldest real estate club in the United States. As Chairman, he has access to the most significant real estate owners and landlords in the New York Metropolitan area. Rob received a Bachelor of Art’s degree in history from Dickinson College and a Juris Doctor from Seattle University School of Law. He has studied comparative politics and law at the London School of Economics and Political Science and the University of Barcelona while earning those degrees respectively. More recently, in 2016, Rob earned a Master’s in Public Affairs with a concentration in organizational leadership (EMPL) from the Lyndon B. Dr. Li has worked at University of Pennsylvania- Presbyterian Hospital and its nursing home, and the Delaware County Memorial Hospital and its affiliated nursing homes.
